        Print out these Dr. Seuss Hats from AtoZ Teacher Stuff to color with crayons or makers. In this book, the Cat does a lot of balancing. Show the children how to stack blocks or other toys to practice their balancing. Recite:

        TUESDAY

        Play with Playdough. Provide Foot Cookie Cutters , too. Explore Shoes: Provide a box of old shoes for the children to explore!
        WEDNESDAY Teach all or some of this Plants from the Bible lesson and crafts. Teach all or some of this The Last Supper lesson and crafts.
        THURSDAY

        Cut Eggs & Ham out of grocery ads. Have the children glue them onto paper plates and color with a green marker or crayon. Provide Green Eggs (plastic easter eggs) for the children to explore and take turns hiding and finding.
        FRIDAY

        Gold Fish Toss: Children toss a stuffed bean bag "fish" into a fish bowl (a bucket).

        Make a Fishing Rod out of a stick, string and magnet. Clip paper clips on paper fish. Place the fish in a large bucket. Children take turns "casting" their line into the bucket and say "One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish" and pull out their catch.

        After reading The Cat In The Hat provide different hats for the children to explore and try on.

        Toe Painting

        Take off socks and shoes and draw faces on the children's toes. Take pictures!
